♠ About Rodimus: Rodimus is a wandering soul at heart. After leaving his tribe, he transitioned and really came into his authentic self. He is fun, open, and a little devious. Getting his start originally as an adventurer and Ul'dahn gladiator, he hasn't forgotten his roots— he still loves to adventure around Etheirys. In his off time though, he's started to transition into working as a gamba dealer to meet people, share stories, and have fun.Want more lore?

Blackjack

The goal is to get cards that value as close to a total of 21 as possible without going over! Get a natural blackjack and instantly win!The dealer will use /dice 13 to deal the cards for the party.Card values:
1 - Ace - 1 or 11 points
2 to 10 - face value
11 - Jack - 10 points
12 - Queen - 10 points
13 - King - 10 points
get a 1 and 10 = Blackjack!*Please note that specific venues have specific rule variations. Please ask if you ever have questions regarding rules around natural blackjacks, pushes, double downs, and splits!

Lore

Rodimus was born and raised with his tribe in the forest far north of The Black Shroud, near Xelphatol. His tribe is exceptionally reclusive, even by typical Viera standards. After coming out, he naturally transitioned into the expected male role of being a protector along the tribe's borders.He still never felt quite like he fit in. During his time as a protector at the edge of the tribe's borders, he often people-watched Gridanians who passed through nearby.Eventually, he left his tribe, yearning to learn more about the world. He cut his hair shorter and decided to change his name, as many Viera are wont to do when they reach leave their tribe.Unfortunately, Gridania was not welcoming to non-Elezens, and Rodimus was dismayed to find he was not wanted there. He set out further south, honing his skills and discovering himself.By the time he reached Ul'dah, several months had passed, and he had a reputation as a small time adventurer. He eventually became known as a decent Ul'dahn gladiator before he was scouted into the Scions by Thancred.In between saving the Source and its shards, Rodimus fell in love with another Viera named Straw'berry. They've been married and inseparable since.In between adventures with the Scions and his husband, Rodimus discovers that he's rather social at heart. He now works at casinos and clubs as a gamba dealer for fun. When he's not adventuring or working, he can be found spending time at his home in the Lavender Beds with his husband.

Poker

Part of the reason I enjoy dealing is because I love interacting with patrons.As such, I've developed a sheet that allows me to deal poker the way I would deal blackjack— where I handle all of the cards and macros, and the patrons only have to worry about making the decisions! It is played entirely in FFXIV itself through party chat and tells.I coded the majority of the sheet myself with some help from Chi Maek. It is freely available for use. Any dealers interested may use it with credit! I truly love dealing in the venue scene, so it's important to me that dealer sheets are accessible.♠ ♥ ♦ ♣However, if you prefer, I can also deal poker through PokerNow! My sheet to manage that is here.No matter which way you prefer to play poker, I am flexible and can deal either play style.

No experience in Poker? No problem! I am happy to run teaching tables.
